Here's a brief sample of what people have had to say about Dragon's Fire Golf Club.

August 22, 2011 - I just wanted to comment on the nine and dine event I organzied and attended with 4 foursomes this past saturday night. The entire group had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality, food and the golf course. I have been organizing a nine and dine monthly for the past 3 years at various courses in the area and yours by far has been the best ... This, a huge consensus by the entire group. Thank you. Hope to plan and attend our last nine and dine of the year in mid sept.

August 22, 2011 - My long time friend and I had the supreme pleasure of playing Dragon's Fire within the last couple of weeks. I compliment you and all of the people involved in creating and maintaining such a fabulous golf course. The fairways, rough and green were superbly groomed and cut. The visual experience of Dragon's Fire was outstanding. I can't think of a course that I enjoyed more and my friend Bob agreed completely. We will definitely be returning many times in the coming golf seasons to play Dragon's Fire. We are by no means scratch golfers, however we do play an adequate game that always needs improvement. Dragon's Fire's fairways are perfect for golfers such as us. I personally had many fewer lost balls than on other courses I have played. I will definitely be singing the praises of Dragon's Fire to all who will listen. Please keep up the excellent work that has so obviously been done to the course and I look very forward to seeing you and your staff in the upcoming golf seasons.

November 8, 2009 - Its not often you get a chance to play in November but I have to say that the track was in fantastic shape all around, like it always is. Its always my pleasure to play at DragonFire. Great course, great staff. Thanks for Everything.

October 14, 2009 - Earlier this year I played your course for the first time. As I live in Toronto’s East end it was a special trip but very much worthwhile. Although the course is a new one it has the feel and look of a mature course. Myself and my fellow golfers loved it. I have since been back two more times and plan to return next year as often as I can. I have referred your course to almost everyone I have golfed with since my first outing and there is a great deal of satisfaction when someone you send to a course calls you the day after they played and shares your excitement.

The course is very well designed with plenty of challenge for all levels of golfers. I have suggested Dragon’s Fire to several associations for tournament play as although poor shots can be punishing the course plays fairly for the average player. From the check in, to the starter’s introduction to the course, to the service at the snack bar everything is very professional. The course is well groomed and your staff had the fairways and greens in outstanding shape each time I was there.

I have naturally joined your Dragon’s Lair club so you can expect to see me at the course many more times in the future. Thank you for a truly enjoyable golf experience.

October 13, 2009 - I want to first thank you for having a beautiful layout that was both challenging and rewarding with beautiful views as well as an amazing staff to make it a great day all around .... Overall I would say that this is probably the best course I played this year and I felt that it was somewhere where I would love to come back on a regular basis and to bring my other elite golfing friends for the challenge that this golf course presented.

October 13, 2009 - I had the pleasure of playing Dragonsfire this year. I dont think I could find a bad thing to say about your facility. I am a 7 handicap player and the guys I play with on a regular basis are all around the same playing ability. We were there in august and loved the course. Your Staff were very nice and personable. The greens crew was on the course and were respectful of us. The only thing I could say is that the greens were slow the day I played. I am definatly not complaing but withh the lay out of the course and the callange of it quicker greens would have been great. We are palnning one more round at dragons fire this year before the snow flies. Hopefully the weather will cooperate with us and allow us to make it down one more time. I have told lots of other people about your club as well. Its a must play. I am a member of (course name removed) in Kitchener area. But I think your place is a much nicer course and a much better lay out for sure I just wished I lived closer to it so I could join your club. Thank you for building this course and I will be back as well as my friends, buiness associates and family.

October 10, 2009 - I golfed at your club in mid July. I loved this course. Each hole was a different challenge and I had to play each club in my bag to its fullest. The greens were fast but very receptive. The staff were courteous and professional right from the time we pulled up to the course. I truly loved playing your course and the layout was outstanding. Easily rivalling anything the GTA has to offer. I will be back for sure in 2010 and I can't wait. Thanks to all your staff for a very fine golfing experience.

April 13, 2009 - Just wanted to drop a line to comment on our golf experience Friday
April 10th. Our expectations for April golf wasn't too high, let me say from the pleasant staff to the great course we had an awesome day. I can't wait to get back in the summer when the trees fill in and line the fairways. It will be absolutely beautiful. It is nice to see such a high level of service with a quality golf course for a reasonable price! Good Job!! I certainly will be telling everyone who will listen to go out and play this course!

August 14, 2008 - Bryan, We met you yesterday on the 18th hole after one of our more memorable rounds in many years. Congratulations on the excellent facility that you have developed. There can be no question that Dragon's Fire will become one of the premiere golf courses in Canada. Each hole offered us a different challenge and we were very impressed by the visual aspects of the course. Rarely does one find a new course that offers the combination of challenge, scenery and condition as Dragon's Fire. Dragon's Fire is by far and away the best course in Burlington and would challenge Heron Point as the best course west of the GTA. In terms of courses built in Ontario in the past 10 years it is arguably the best. We will return.

June 23, 2008 - Played your course on Saturday the 21st for the first time. Beautiful layout carved through the trees with some nice elevation changes. You have truly created a pleasant play for the public golfer. The course is beautiful and will only improve over the years. The generous fairways and large contoured greens along with many strategically placed bunkers make this a challenging and fair course to play. Congratulations on a well designed course. The service was pleasant and the course outstanding. Can't wait to play it again!

June 19, 2008 - Not sure how many emails you get after a person plays Dragons Fire for the first time.....but I just had to. I am so excited for how excellent your course will be within 5 years !! It is a fantastic layout and a wonderful design. High marks to you and your staff for creating a true local gem. I loved the par-4 that is driveable and the fact that 18 is reachable in two ( I made eagle today so I am biased). I could go on with my rave reviews and hopefully it is a course that doesnt become too busy because I want to keep the secret to myself. Thanks again

June 18, 2008 - just wanted to congratulate the staff and owners on a terrific job played my first round at your facility yesterday and despite some initial reservations in regards to minor details re club drop off temp pro shop all was forgotten as i stood on the first tee. every hole was a true delight visually and a true delight in design i have played some premier courses both in ontario and the us including glen abbey angus glen bigwin island national pines etc. and i would rate your course has above or on par with them all thank you once again for bringing such an out standing facility to the area.

June 17, 2008 - I just wanted to send you a quick note as I had the opportunity to play Dragons Fire yesterday morning. I had the good fortune of teeing off nice and early yesterday morning while the sun way still out and what a treat it was. From the moment that your marshall greated me in the parking lot, to the way that Kim treated me in the shop it was an absolute pleasure. Your staff is top notch.

The golf course is amazing shape and I love the way that it is setup. I took up the challange to play the back decks but at some points was almost tempted to move up a deck or too beause of the challange. Please send my regards to the architect. The course plays really well for only opening up two weeks ago, the use of land and trees really adds to the challange. I hope for pace of plays sake that the 630yard par-5 doesn't always play into the wind because that was hell to get there!

Please accept my thanks and gratitude for opening up such a nice location (and opening it up far enough away from here that you're really not my competition!)

June 13, 2008 - Congratulations to you and all who were involved in the design and building of this wonderful venue. I have no hesitation in impressing on people that this is a MUST PLAY course and without a doubt the finest in the area. As time passes and the course matures it will become even better. Your entire concept of what a golf course should be for the majority was flawless. No nasty surprises lurking around the doglegs. No hidden ponds or slews, no nasty ditches hidden from view and crossing fairways. Please congratulate your staff for a job very well done. They were courteous, friendly, polite, helpful and always at the right place at the right time. AMAZING, WELL DONE, BRAVO EVERYONE!

June 12, 2008 - I wanted to tell you how impressed I was with Dragon's Fire. The course is a gem of a layout, and looks like it has been there for 20 years. I loved the fact the course was "right out in front of you" with no hidden shots and the condition of the course (for being so new) was excellent, with a huge upside. Again, congrats on your new course and keep up the good work. You should be proud.

June 6, 2008 - I just wanted to send a quick note to say I was absolutely blown away by what you have built at Dragons Fire. It is an extremely strong design that has a wonderful country club feeling of maturity already. Simon should be commended for having grown in a great stand of grass. The staff were exceptionally courteous and everyone in our group had a fantastic time!

June 2, 2008 - Having been an avid golfer for years and residing in Burlington for the last nine, I was most impressed with not only your facility but also the customer service level of your staff. Upon arriving, my group was welcome by your gracious staff and directed to the Club House. We were accommodated quickly, directed to the starter and begun our round. The course proved to be in excellent condition. The design of the course was challenging, but also fair. The fairways were generous and the greens were in great condition. Having played at almost every course within 100 km's of Dragon Fire, I would say this is the best course I have played, with offering great value and exceptional customer service.

May 30, 2008 - I had an opportunity to play your course today and I must admit I am very impressed. The course is in great shape considering it just opened. The layout is great! It isn't gimmicky (if that's a word) but is fair and rewards you for a great shot and punishes you for a bad shot (which is what a golf course should do). I don't think that I would change a single hole. Well Done!
